Sign up for I Am Camp 2012!
Please fill out the form below to register for I Am Camp taking place from the 20th to the 22nd of April. On completion of this form you will be asked to download a Permission and Health form which will need to be filled out by a parent or caregiver if you are under 18, or signed by yourself if you are older. Please make payment of $40 and send us the Permission and Health form by the 12th of April or you will not be able to attend. Payment instructions and our postage address are included on the form.
